Step #1: Contact Us

Step #2:  Service Coordination 

Once we determine you are eligibility, a letter from NYS OPWDD will be sent with a list of providers that offer Service Coordination. One of our Service Coordinators will assist you and your family to explore resources, options, and available supports to navigate you through the Medicaid system.  

Step #3: Service Coordination Selection

When all questions are answered, you will select your Service Coordination provider and let OPWDD and the providers know whom you have chosen.  We will help guide you through this process.

Step #4: Plan Development 

With the assistance of your Service Coordinator, you will develop a plan to cover all your needs. ARC is here to help meet you and your family's needs.
